Are you an experienced Logistics Officer with exceptional data entry and Microsoft Excel skills? T.E.A.M Nigeria Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to support the Logistics Department on our railway infrastructure project. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for accurate data entry, maintaining logistics records, preparing reports, and supporting the day-to-day administrative and documentation activities of the Logistics Department.

Job Description

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry of logistics, inventory, and material movement records.
  • Maintain and update logistics databases, registers, and spreadsheets on a daily basis.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Record and monitor incoming and outgoing materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Verify the accuracy of logistics documents before entering information into the system.
  • Organize, maintain, and retrieve logistics records and supporting documentation.
  • Update inventory records and assist in monitoring stock movements.
  • Reconcile logistics records and promptly report any discrepancies.
  • Maintain proper filing of both electronic and hard-copy logistics documents.
  • Support periodic inventory verification and stock reconciliation exercises.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all logistics data.
  • Perform other logistics and administrative duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in logistics administration, logistics documentation, or data entry.
  • Strong experience in Data Entry with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and record management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
  • Experience using ERP or inventory management systems is an added advantage.
  • Must reside in Kano State.
